Before I continue I simply want to state that although my blog is not political in nature I don't want to neglect talking about important issues…even if they are controversial. I don't consider these political per se because they are simply issues that affect our lives. They are put into the political realm by the media because political speech is somehow easier to discount if you disagree than simply pointing out the truth that people are having a discussion about things that truly affect their individual, family and communal lives.

 

If you have read my blog posts then you know that I will come back to issues that affect me and my family from time to time but it is not my primary focus. This is the first time I have posted back to back "issues related" posts.

 

I am passionate about life, freedom and the ability to live in love relating to God, my family, friends and my community at large. This passion entails healthy living in regards to relationships, personal healthcare, sports and activities and a life of joyous laughter and enjoying this great gift we have been given.

 

So you will see that my posts and articles relate primarily to these issues. Sometimes they have to reach into the controversial realm…but I just want to assure you that I have not changed my focus to simply speak on the national healthcare issue.

 

I will say though, before I continue, that the passage of the healthcare bill does prompt a great deal of thoughts in light of taking responsibility for personal healthcare. Now, more than ever, in the history of our country will it be imperative to learn what it means to take care of yourself.

Also…I think we will be entering into a time where individuals in the natural healthcare business can emerge even more at the forefront of not only true healthy living but creating opportunities for business that have not been tapped into before.

 

We may have to fight for our right to share what we believe…but as we overcome that hurdle we will find the mass energy of the public looking for ways that actually work to become healthy in a number of ways.

 

Are you ready for this?

 

Many people I know are in the Natural Healthcare business in one form or another but may not be gearing up for a shift of energy in our nation. We have a window to get ourselves ready but I don't know how long it will be. I believe those who are prepared ahead of this shift will be the ones who will be greatly rewarded financially.

As a personal consultant, trainer and educator for two decades or so I have seen the tides ebb and flow… but I am feeling an energy now that is building in this arena and I just want you to be ready for this.

 

Do you have a business model in place? Do you have products that actually work? Do you understand how people can actually find freedom in their overall health? (This will be huge because people will shift from just looking for business opportunities to looking for results and people who get results will be like magnets for others looking for answers).

 

For instance, I have thousands of experiences of people seeing their lives changed through the years of my being involved in the natural health industry. These experiences range from life-threatening to life-enhancing and everything in between.

 

This is one of the reasons why government mandated health insurance is such a hard pill to swallow for us especially. We spend the money we would otherwise spend on insurance on foods and herbs etc…that actually help to keep us and get us healthy when we need it. With nine people…this is an ongoing process.

 

We simply don't use the medical model of healthcare. At best it works poorly and it is entirely too expensive…soon to be more expensive. We get real results. When we come upon a health issue, we figure out how to overcome that issue. We don't simply visit a doctor who is going to figure out a way to mask it for a time (in the majority of instances whether an issue is masked for weeks, months or years it will almost always resurface again when treated from a medical perspective…in my experience).

 

Anyhow…although I spoke mainly about freedom regarding this healthcare debate on Friday, I actually have far more issues with it than that. As the days pass I will continue to come back to the actual health implications for people in relation to their actual physical health and also how this issue relates to emotional health and overall life-energy.

 

Also…as I mentioned earlier…I  believe the business implications for those who are prepared for it in the natural health field will be huge as well.

 

I briefly want to finish my thoughts on freedom though. Freedom is an energetically charged creature that creates an amazing energy for people who have it. So few people actually understand the energetic issues that I fear this aspect of freedom is lost in the debate…which is why it is hard to insert it into the discussion.

 

I will come back to this concept of energetics more and more as I gear up for my training series I will be doing.

 

But…our nation has come to a point of a precarious balance in its future. I titled this piece…"Welcome to the ussa." The vote yesterday fundamentally transformed the very nature of our country.

 

Until yesterday we were the "land of the free and the home of the brave" and today we are called the land of the "united socialist states of america." The structure is now in place for the government to control most aspects of our lives. However, this does not need to be permanent as the vast majority of Americans do not want this.

 

I purposely didn't capitalize the new name I have given our nation because I don't want to give it true credence or respect. I am not willing to go there even though we have taken a giant step in that direction. Most of the "experts" say that this will never be reversed.

 

Perhaps it will not be reversed entirely…but I think the beliefs and opinions and energy of the American people can figure out a way  to "neuter" this legislation in the coming years. 70-75% of Americans were against this healthcare legislation and yet our Congress and President are choosing to push it through anyhow.

 

I am grateful we live in a republic and not a democracy so that in general it is much more likely to protect the constitution as long as we have people who truly keep their promises in that regard.

 

Every elected and appointed official has to swear to uphold the constitution of the United States. I don't believe most of our elected officials have ever read the constitution or understand it today…but our system of government does allow us to virtually regroup every 2-4 years in case we see a particular group of people out of control.

 

This is what we have right now…our representatives are out of control. They have made oaths and promises to their country, their offices that they hold and to the people they represent. Many of these folks have broken these oaths and now we have a chance to replace them.

 

The concept of freedom plays a major role in the health of individuals and the health of a people at large. We have lost an understanding of this but I hope that we can regain our bearings through all of this.

 

We have been systematically allowing our freedoms to diminish and disappear for the past 100 years or so and it is time to stand up and truly evaluate where we are at as a people. The world has been blessed beyond measure with our founding fathers' concept of freedom and how they envisioned it working in a society.

 

It is not normal for people to fight to keep their freedoms because people are inherently a bit lazy. If there is a chance that someone is going to take care of us…we are more apt to settle into the "easier" life. Of course…every single time this happens…we lose our freedoms.

 

Every time we lose our freedoms, we lose the massive amount of energetic power that comes with freedom. Not only does our nation and the people in this nation lose…but the entire world loses as well.

 

So we have a choice…do we want to live in the USA where we are free and our freedom will continue to bless the world like nothing else can? Or, are we going to settle into living in the "ussa" where our freedoms are going to be systematically stripped from us until we are not much different than all of the other failed nations in the world.

Without a place in the world where the freedom of the individual is of paramount importance…the energetic flow of power will inevitably go to just a few people who are trying to grasp control over others so that they can have ultimate power. It is the nature of things.

 

The only balance for the nature of power is to empower individuals…nothing else in history has ever worked…ever.

 

So…I will continue to be engaged in this discussion as time passes but much of it will relate to business as an entrepreneur, to personal healthcare and to energetics (of freedom and more) and how these things relate to our individual lives to help to empower each of us to live truly powerful and dynamic lives.
